Our little man is about to take off!

Yet I live in the city.

We bought chickens this summer and have yet to get any eggs, UNTIL TODAY. This afternoon, I thought I would play a joke on Kenny and put an egg from the frigde in the coop. When I reached in to place the egg, I found a bunch of eggs that our hens finally decided to lay! We were so excited! It looks as though Carter did not completley traumatize the chickens.

Kenny also finally built the cold frame. We can now grow veggies in the winter! To see more photos, click on the photo of the eggs.
